How do y'all think about otters?

I didn't know much about otters, but sinds I've got floofees on Instagram I really met them! They are such cute and sweet creatures. They look as lil ferrets, kind of water ferrets haha. Here in Belgium we can't keep them as pet.. I WISH WE COULD I WOULD HAVE 20 OF THEM :(
